The products you have purchased via feelheal.me website will be delivered to your cargo within 3 working days on weekdays (Monday-Friday) after the payment is completed. Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the contracted shipping company will deliver your order to you.
In the event of a mishap caused by us, you will be informed based on your order information. Therefore, it is important that the information you enter at the stage you create your order is complete and accurate.
National and religious holidays and weekend delivery is not made. You will receive a confirmation e-mail about the products you have purchased. If any of the products you have chosen is not available in stock, you will be informed by e-mail and you will be notified of the date when the product will enter the stocks.
If the product you have paid is out of stock, there is a minimum waiting period of 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be sent between these dates, the payment will be refunded.
Important reminder about cargo delivery:
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received your cargo from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by attaching a record to the cargo company.
It is accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty after the product is received.
