Our bread, which contains Buckwheat Flour, Powdered Yeast, Water, Salt and Sunflower Seeds, is produced by the long-term cold fermentation method and is gluten-free.

Domestic production sunflower seeds are used.

Apart from Buckwheat Flour, no flour is used in our production facility.
